• Pictures From Photoshoots Done With ONE OUTFIT Will Be Delivered After 4 Working Days.
• Pictures From Photoshoots Based On Our Other Packages Will Be Delivered After 7 Working Days.
• NO REFUND, After Bookings.
• Any Booking Made Before A Discount Promotion, Is Not Allowed To Enjoy The Discount.
• Client Must Notify The Photographer If They Do Not Want Their Images Posted On Social Media Or The Internet.
• Only Soft Copies Of The Images Will Be Provided. Hard Copies, Frames And Albums Come At An Extra Cost.
• 70% Deposit Is Required To Confirm Booking Date, and 30% payment must be made, after we are done shooting on the set date.
• Client Is Only Allowed To Reschedule Shoot Twice After Booking. After The Second Reschedule, Booking Will Be Canceled And Money Will Not Be Refunded.
• Official Receipts Will Be Provided After The Photoshoot.
• Late Fees Will Be Charged Per The Hour After Booked Time Is Up ( 2 - 4 Hours Session ).
• Client Pays For Transportation, If The Photoshoot Is An Outdoor Shoot.
• CLIENT MUST BOOK AN OUTDOOR LOCATION AND MUST BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR BILLS GIVEN BY LOCATION CHOSEN FOR The OUTDOOR SHOOT.
• CLIENT PAYS AN EXTRA AMOUNT IF HE/ SHE WANTS THE PICTURES TO BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY OR THE NEXT DAY (EXPRESS SERVICE).
• Client Pays For My Hotel Accommodation & Food If The Outdoor Shoot Takes More Than A Day.
  
• Client is responsible to make full payment, before pictures will be delivered to you.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• This Agreement Contains The Entire Understanding Between RholexGH Studios And The Above-Named Bride And Groom. It Supersedes All Prior And Simultaneous Agreements Between The Parties In Both Verbal And Written Communication. The Only Way To Add Or Change This Agreement Is To Do So In Writing, Signed By All The Parties. If The Parties Wish To Waive Or Alter One Provision Of This Agreement That Does Not Mean That Any Other Provision Is Also Waived.

COPYRIGHT

• RholexGh Studio Has Exclusive Rights To All Photos And Videos Shot For The Ceremonies
• Full Payment For Services Rendered Determines The Release Of The Video And Photographs Of The Ceremonies To The Client. Upon Full Payment, The Pendrives And Prints Become The Property Of The Client For Their Personal Use And For The Purpose Of Reproduction Of Photos And Videos For Distribution To Relatives And Friends. Images And Videos May Be Used On Personal Websites. An Acknowledgement To RholexGH Studios Is Requested And Appreciated.

ADDITIONAL TIME

• Should The Ceremony Start Late Due To Any Reason Whatsoever, RholexGH Studios Will Not Be Held Liable For Any Photographs Or Videos Not Taken.

EDITORIAL POLICY

• RholexGH Studios Provides Two Types Of Photos; The Edited Photos And Retouched Photos. Unlimited Number Of Edited Photos And Ten (20) Retouched Photos. Client, However, Can Request More Retouched Photos And Also For Digital Manipulation Of Photos (Changing Parts Of A Photo To Certain Special Requests) Upon Subsequent Agreement With The Team.
• Raw Files ( Unedited Photos ) Will Not Be Given Out To Clients.

PAPARAZZI WEDDING GUESTS

• All Your Guests Will Have Digital Cameras Or Mobile Phones And Will Want To Film Or Take Pictures Of The Clients. In The Spirit Of Cheerful Cooperation, The Clients Agree To Give RholexGH Studios Precedence Over The Guests In Order To Shoot And Film The Required Content For The Wedding Services Described Above.
• RholexGH Studios Is Limited By The Guidelines Of The Ceremony Official Or The Reception Site Management. Negotiations With The Officials For Moderation Of Guidelines Is The Client’s Responsibility. RholexGH Studios Will Offer Technical Recommendations Only. We Will Do Our Best To Accommodate Any Request Within Reasonable Terms, And We Will Also Make Suggestions And Provide Direction If Necessary.

DELIVERY

• Retouched Photos – One Week per package chosen
  Full Pictures & Others – One Month
• Where A Client Requests For A Photobook, Pictures To Be Used For That Must Be Picked And Submitted To RholexGH Studios Within 48 hours After Delivery. Where A Client Fails To Do So Resulting In A Delay, RholexGH Studios Will Not Be Held Liable.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

• It Is Further Understood That In The Unlikely Event, the Photographer Is Injured Or Becomes Too ill To Photograph The Event. If The Situation Should Occur And A Suitable Replacement Is Not Found, Responsibility And Liability Are Limited To The Return Of All Payments Received For The Event Package.

PENALTIES

• If Clients Cancels A Booking Appointment Within 48 Hours, 10% Of The Amount Paid Will Be Deducted As Penalty
• If the Client Cancels After 48 Hours 30% Of Paid Amount Will Be Deducted As a Penalty If the Client Cancels Bookings Two Months Or A Month To The Saved Date, The Date Will Be Opened To Other Costumes. If The Date Is Taken By Another Client May Receive 70% Of Deposit Made.
• If the Client Cancels In The Month, Week, Or Days Before The Said Date, NO REFUND Will Be Made To the Client. In Situations That Is Rare But Possible, RholexGH Studios For Some Reason Will No Be Able To Render Services To Client After Bookings are Made, Full Payment Will Be Made To Client And If Possible, Find The Client A Mediate Alternative Photographer To Handle The Work Suitably.
• Every Item Mentioned In The Package Will Be Made Available For The Client After Receiving Final Payment
